I like the Famous Five because they are exciting!
My friends all started reading Harry Potter before me and I didn’t join in because I thought it was silly. I have now read all the books twice and have really enjoyed the series.
After winning a Geronimo Stilton in a Library competition, I have read more of them and really enjoy the series.
I love the series ”A Series of Unfortunate Events,” because they are scary and exciting! You should try them!
Do you like to read mysteries? Then boy, this is the series for you! I think the Famous Five series are awesome because they are funny and exciting at the same time!! Anybody reading this should definitely try reading the Famous Five series!

My fav series would have to be ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ by John Marsden. It is a great series. I am now in grade nine and when I was going to Eatons Hill, they did not have this series in the library. If this series is still not in the library, you should vist your public library and see if they have it, because it is worth reading. I also found that the start of the 2nd book it was boring but DON’T stop reading because it becomes really good.
‘The Day After Tomorrow’ series are fantastic novels for those of you over 13 years old. It is worth checking the books with your parents first though, because some may want to read the books before they are tackled by young readers.
I wouls say the winner is The Harry Potter Series
